    This class is suitable for all women and all menstruators aged 45+ years.

    • Glass of water

    • Pen and paper to write on

    • Yoga mat

    • Comfortable seat (block/bolster or a chair)

    • 2x cushions

    • 1-2x blankets

    • 1x pair of eye mask.

    • 1x yoga strap/belt

    • 2x yoga blocks

    • 1x weighted eye bag

  • These classes are never recorded.
